My Journey to becoming a Morning Person

First, let me qualify my definition of “Morning Person”. Since I retired in November 2020 — I have not set my alarm clock. Not once. Mornings that used to begin at 5 AM led me to hate everything about Mornings. For decades. But since I have been able to simply wake up when my body was ready to begin the day — I have found I truly enjoy Mornings.




A few words can change lives.
