No One’s Coming

We need to stop waiting to get picked.

Often times, we act like we’re waiting to get picked or waiting to get rescued.

There’s no influencer or celebrity that’s going to help us achieve our dreams.

Truthfully, some of us even have the right to play the victim. Because we lack certain privileges.

The earlier we realize that we keep playing the victim, the earlier we’d become better at being survivors. Making something out of nothing, not giving up on ourselves, and finding our own voices.

No one’s coming. At least, not anytime soon.
