If there is one thing that could make us happy in an instant, that would be I think APPRECIATION. Appreciation of our good habits, right?

I want you to think about it. When your friend praises you, don’t you feel good? Maybe you don’t show it physically but I am damn sure that you feel amazing in your heart.

But let’s accept the truth: We don’t get appreciation every day from others. Or maybe some of us do. Things can vary from person to person.

Now, why don’t we do one thing?

Why not appreciate ourselves? Forget about others' appreciation. Let’s start praising ourselves. It is easy, isn’t it?

That’s what the life hack(as given in the title) is.

Let’s start step by step:

  1. Wake up in the morning and go to your mirror.
  2. Smile, even if you had the worst night.
  3. Remember your 3 good habits or the things you are proud of and speak them aloud while looking at the mirror.
  4. Keep smiling throughout this.
  5. Start your day.
  6. Also, end your day with this process.

That’s it. You are ready to start your big and stupendous day and end it excitingly and peacefully.
