Raising The Bar
Often times we say we want to raise the bar, without paying attention to who we’re raising it “for” or what “reason”.
That leads us so into focusing on the unimportant things like how many clicks, how many likes, how many downloads, how much money, etc..
When we choose to focus on who it is “for” then we have a clearer perspective by creating or doing better for those people.
And if that generosity results in more clicks, likes, retweets, and downloads. Then great!
Raising the bar isn’t meant to be about us, but the people whose lives get better for it.
