Let it not define you

You are not defective
You are not useless
You are not a loser

They rejected your idea
They rejected your opinion
They rejected your application
They rejected your work.

It hurts
It’s painful
It’s a setback
It can be discouraging.

But you’ve got to separate the rejection from you.
Sure, you should learn lessons from the rejection.
Don’t internalize it.
