A year ago I had the worst months of my life. I don’t want to dedicate this story to my problems as nobody really needs them. I'll only mention that it was connected to my hard situation with migration to another country. In the worst case, it could even end up in prison.

It’s not surprising that I couldn’t sleep most of the nights, worrying a lot. Until one night I had a dream which radically changed my point of view on what was happening.

I remember how I was riding a bus and two unknown middle-aged women were standing and talking next to me. One of them suddenly turned in my direction and looked into my eyes with a hostile look on her face. I even got scared for a moment. Her following words stuck in my head for the next days. “Stop being so weak!” — she said loudly, “You chose moving there by yourself, so be ready to overcome the obstacles.

After that, I woke up with mixed feelings. I can’t say that it was such a positive dream, but it gave me the strength to take responsibility for my life and for everything that happens in it. Everything passes — both good and bad things in our life. I made everything that I could in my situation. So why not to wait patiently without worrying and crying?

Fortunately for me, everything finished well, but I will always be thankful to that unknown woman with her angry eyes, who gave me a valuable lesson on straying strong and resistant.
