Have you noticed the stillness in the air recently. Everyone in lock down. Streets empty. A gentle stillness is settling quietly around the world.

Stop and feel into it.

There is magic there if you wish to receive it. The magic of slowing down. The magic of being still. The magic of disconnecting from the “have-to”, “must do”.

This is the time in nature where caterpillars crawl into their cocoons, liquefy their old life and emerge totally transformed — as something new.

This is the space where remarkable transformation and new beginnings are available to us — if we allow it.

It means becoming still and holding space for the old to be seen and let go. This can be challenging. Being “with yourself” with less distraction means you get to see all-your-stuff! Stuff we prefer we didn’t have!

A lot of it is our unconscious ways of being. Ways that we have been conditioned to play out. Old limiting belief systems, habits of behaviour, old thinking patterns and so on.

If you had an opportunity to start anew, start fresh with new eyes, expanded possibilities… would you take it?

Well the time is now. The silence is inviting you to begin a new life. A life with less baggage, less demands and control systems.

Take 5–10 minutes a day to be still and ask yourself these questions… “what do I really want to create my life?”; “what am I holding onto that is no longer serving me?” or “if there was one thing I could do today that would take me one step forward towards a new life — what would that be?”

See what stories come out for you. See what lights you up and excites you. There are many paths you could take. In a quantum universe — everything is possible.

Why not start creating a new timeline, one you have always dreamed of. And if you hear your mind start telling you why it is not possible. Congratulations — you are unearthing your limiting structures, habits and beliefs. Ignore them, turn the volume dial down, time to let them go and not give them anymore energy.

Breathe, go deep and find the courage to step outside your status quo, your comfort zone, your everyday routine. After all, that is where the magic happens.
