#1: Building Obstacles

This is a simple one that can easily be overlooked. Whenever people place objects in front of them like a cup or handbag, it could mean they are feeling discomfort.

Try to ease the conversation or change the way you sit in relation to each other (e.g. sitting next to each other rather than opposite of each other) and see whether these obstacles disappear.

#2: Their Feet

Humans quickly learn from young age how to lie through their body language such as their face, but often forget to “teach” their feet how to lie too. This, then, makes feet one of the most reliable body parts to “listen” to.
