Did this question catch your attention? Do you often think about this? How often have we been caught up in the day to day worries of life — too little of this, too much of that…Holding on to frustrations that don’t serve us at all. But when we zoom out of it all, and see the current problem from a bird’s eye view, you will see how small of a problem it is, and how silly you are!

And that is why I love looking at the skies, walking in nature. Looking at the vast blue skies always make me feel so small, and realise how insignificant my worries are. Release your problems and frustrations to the sky, and with every step you walk, release the burden bit by bit, until you feel light and peaceful again.

I am sure many of us have experienced the restorative power of nature, and that is why many writers, composers gain much inspiration from nature. And as research from positive psychology shows, it’s not material goods that make our lives rich and fulfilling, but rather work, love, play and service to others. Nature always lovingly embrace us with its beauty and organic nature, providing us places to play, enjoy and step into a different world.
