Why I Don’t Try to Be “Good” Anymore

Experience shows me true goodness and being good are, at times, different

As a kid, I got the message being good was beneficial. When I was good, I wasn’t scolded or banned from evenings out with my friends. Moreover, people seemed to like me because I was no trouble. I was easy to manage.
