Why I Wear My Words on My Sleeve

Self-talk is the practice of talking to oneself, either aloud or silently and mentally. I never thought speaking to yourself was a thing. I had imaginary friends growing up. I guess that was the closest thing to self-talk. I asked I answered. It was a one-way conversation.
