Spending time in nature has been scientifically proven to increase physical and mental wellbeing. It can be as easy as a walk in a park. If you live a little way from a park, beach or forest then you can bring nature to you. It’s also a misconception that you need a garden to grow your own vegetables. Got a window or a balcony?
