Yesterday, I wrote an article on this very topic. In that article, I discussed five human concepts to become a better leader, which are:

  1. Shut up and Listen
  2. Transparency
  3. Authenticity
  4. Passion
  5. Gratitude

After some reflection, I felt that my article was not comprehensive enough. So, I gave it some thought and came up with another five.

1. Responsiveness

Great leaders are responsive to employees, customers, and stakeholders. Every stakeholder has the potential to ignite a viral spark. Growth mindset leaders recognize this so instill responsiveness on a cultural level.
