Cory Booker Was Our Last Hope
The last younger, politically experienced, non-white candidate left the race.
Cory Booker was my candidate. I also rooted for Kamala Harris, and Julián Castro. And, of course, my other favorite Texan, who, while white, is young, Beto O'Rourke. Which people might question, because of my “demographic,” just as they questioned my campaigning and voting for President Obama over Senator Hillary Clinton in 2008.
