Five Realizations After Leaving Social Media for Good

It’s been over a year and a half since I left social media and the insights I’ve learned in its absence are invaluable to me. They are insights I couldn’t have learned any other way. Some I experienced before social media, but wouldn’t have appreciated unless I left it behind.
