Help Your Kids Succeed With Online Learning

As a homeschooling mom since 2012, I made a distinct choice to take charge of my children’s education. I researched and educated myself. I decided on a curriculum (or not) and took complete control. It was the decision I made.

Many parents are facing a similar decision today but it’s not one they’ve made. It’s one that’s been forced upon them by the closure of schools around the country. So they’re being left to scramble, trying to understand what’s expected, how to handle it, and even where to go when they have questions.

Teachers have also been left scrambling, having to adapt to a new way of teaching and quickly put together lesson plans. They’re also dealing with both students and parents having question, usually while also dealing with their own children.

And many school districts are looking at sticking with online learning in the upcoming school year. This is leaving many parents feeling confused, frustrated, and uncertain about what they’ll do.
