Nowadays, most of the people has heavy weight problem which makes them feel bad. And, because of this they try a lot of things to loose their weight. The most common advice that everyone gives for weight loss is to exercise. Everyone believes that exercising is the key solution for heavy weight, by the way, exercising can be a good help but it is not the complete solution.

Weight loss can be difficult but it will be a little easy if you do it in the right way. So, what most of the people start doing for their weight loss is that, they will wake up early and will start exercising everyday. But, the one mistake that everyone of us makes is that, we all eat so much the whole day after we exercise. And because of this we will gain all of the calories that we burnt through exercising.

And, ofcourse no one can stop eating completely for loosing their weight as we all are ‘Humans’. And because of these calories, exercising will not bring any change in the weight. This is the major mistake that people make because of what it takes them so long to loose their weight.

The perfect solution to avoid this, is to be on a strict diet. Now, this is also not something that we’ve not heard anytime. Diet is also a very important part of weight loss besides exercising. But, being on a diet is much more difficult than doing exercise.

And as we all know that, being on a diet is something where you don’t have to eat food which contains a lot of calories and food which is not healthy and we have to eat only and only healthy foods like green vegetables, fruits and all the weight loss friendly foods, which mostly no one likes to do. But, this is something that should be followed for weight loss and that is specifically called ‘Mindful Eating’.

Most of the people starts going to gym thinking that they will get more effective results in less time. Though it is true but without keeping a note on what you are eating, spending hours in the gym everyday and lifting heavy weights may be useless too.

Being on a diet is a very difficult thing and so everyone of us thinks that, ‘What is the need to be on a diet?, Weight loss is possible even by just exercising. But that’s actually not true. Eating healthy is also a very important part for weight loss.

“Your diet is a bank account. Good food choices are good investments.’’

A former doctor who works in BBC, he once did an experiment on a man in show where he told the person to run miles. All the other doctors in his team kept a note of the calories the person burnt through running and they also took a blood sample and then they gave him burgers, fries and pizzas as his breakfast. After that they took another blood sample. Then a doctor found the fat in the person’s blood before his breakfast and after.

There was a tragic difference in the quantity of fat in his blood. They also found that the 10 minute run that he did was useless because he had gained ten times more calories than what he had burnt. And that he had to run continuously for 3 hours to burn the calories that he gained through that breakfast.

So, exercising will barely show any difference if you are not dieting. The most important thing for weight loss is to drink tons of water as it can be really helpful. It helps you burn more calories, and may even suppress your appetite if consumed before meals, and it can also give you great benefits when you replace sugary beverages with water.

Intermittent Fasting is also a great diet mostly done for weight loss. It is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. It does not say anything about which foods, but rather when you should eat them.

Many people try some wrong diets for weight loss which can be effective but not in the correct way, like as some people try water fasting where they do not eat or drink anything accept water which is not the right way. Because through this your body wont get any energy to work and you’ll get sick. Instead try eating more healthy foods which does not have a lot of calories but has a lot of vitamins and nutrients.

While working out everyday, eating healthy is not only for being in shape but it also has a huge impact on your mind. This will even make you feel more confident by seeing a FIT ‘YOU’.

Being fit is 80% diet and 20% exercise - You can’t outrun your fork!
