I Saved a Boy’s Life In My Classroom One Day

The most extraordinary thing happened in my classroom one day.

I saved a boy’s life.

Michael (not his real name) was in my 5th grade class and ten years old. He was bubbly, personable, funny, and the kind of kid who was a powerful leader and kids and adults were all magnetized to him.
