How implementing routine into your life will help you create freedom.
How routined is your life?
Like many of us maybe you wake up at the same time each morning, maybe you go to bed at the same time each night, you might start work at an exact time each day and maybe even eat your lunch at the same hour day after day.
However, beyond the normal daily routines, beyond the robotic mode of living, how routined are you?
How much value does structure hold within your day to day living?
I have always been quite the advocate of freedom; to live a free life without boundaries, living each day with one objective in mind — happiness.
I believe freedom creates happiness, however, for many years I had the wrong idea, an incorrect definition of what freedom actually was. I used to believe the idea of being free was living with next to no rules, abiding by the laws of society, yet being free to live my life how I wished. Waking when I pleased, working a career in which I wanted to work, not a job for the sake of it, sleeping at whatever hour I felt like, eating and drinking what I liked, having hobbies and interests, and fulfilling my needs whatever the cost.
