Since the algorithm brought you here, you likely already agree with my thesis that the majority of industrial activity needs a serious reboot. You sense mainstream industry is a form of insanity.

You may also have noticed that knowing we need to stop the insanity and knowing what to do about it are two different things.

“I get that this is not okay, but what am I supposed to do?”

That is the #1 question I get asked as I guide people on the trail to Industrial Healing, especially as they begin to fully grasp the complexity of the situation. This question often contains sub-questions — practical things such as, “How can I earn a reasonable living?” or “Can’t I just work harder at the things I’m already doing?” These questions flow even as the questioner can’t unsee that their employer or client is on a collision course with reality, that rewiring business to serve life is not on anyone’s KPIs, and there is no “global solutions” aisle in the local supermarket.
