We need to listen in order to understand. Most of the time, we are so focused on getting our own point across that we leave little room for understanding the child’s perspective.

Research shows that empathy is a critical skill that is often lacking in our education system. Understanding the learning environment and observing the teaching-learning process can play a significant role in delivering personalized learning outcomes.

Both parents and teachers play crucial roles in building a child’s trust, helping them work towards their long-term goals, and preparing them for the future.

The 21st-century educator is a dynamic, adaptable, and lifelong learner who embraces technology, collaboration, innovation, and advocacy. Teaching is a creative and challenging profession, yet many teachers lack the necessary tools to identify learning gaps and address them effectively.
