The support shown for my writing this year has affirmed me of a closely held truth: I like putting words together and I always have. I abide by the gospel of Toni Morrison who once said, “If there’s a book that you want to read, but it hasn’t been written yet, then you must write it.” And writing, I have done plenty of. Below is a round up of how I am using the power of the pen to empower others in hopes that you do the same:

The Black Agenda: Bold Solutions for a Broken System
