What if someone, perhaps an ambitious dealmaker with a taste for grand gestures, decided that Greenland was up for sale? Not as a joke but as a serious geopolitical move.
Imagine the scene: a major speech, a message of support for self-determination, and then the inevitable sales pitch — promises of wealth, safety, and prosperity beyond imagination.
“I think we’re going to have it. The people want to be with us. It would be very unfriendly not to allow that to happen because it’s for the protection of the free world.”
At this point, one has to wonder: Is it the case that Greenland is a lost puppy looking for a new home just because it is up there in the extreme north?
