Everyone using smartphone because it saves a lot of time.
when it comes to using smartphone productively it becomes a big problem.
You always think of it using easily, but the moment when you take the phone in hand
The notifications starts to pop up and your mind starts to wander over Facebook, Instagram and other social media apps.Have you ever had a thought to how to get rid of it and start being productive with your smartphone.
It is not hard that much as you feel, Once you start to become habitual you will be better at using your smartphone.
I am not going to talk about that do not use your phone for limited amount of time or limited amount in a day.
Instead, I will tell you how to use it effectively when you use your phone.
so you can save your quality time on the go.

Use smartphone productively:

1) Turn off notifications:

Seriously! do you need this to turn off?
Yes! I suggest strongly
Why? then How will I know about whats going on with that app?
You can turn it off for the specific apps that are you are not intended to use.
Nice isn’t it! So you can stop that notification alone and concentrate what you want to do.
You can do that by visiting settings and apps section where you can find the list of apps installed on your smartphone.
Tap into it and check the notification settings for particular app, and leave unchecked the status bar, screen lock , and top reminder or you can even turn off the enable notification alone which will stop notifying from the app fully. See the reference image below for better understanding. Settings to turn off notifications for particular app

2) Use your Google keyboard well

We type all the times to communicate.
When it comes to sharing something we usually launch our browser and share things as much as fast.
Instead of using browser you can Tap the G symbol in your Google keyboard and get started to type what you are searching for and share it as image or link within seconds,i think that is real quick.
Even you can use translate your texts while chatting.

3) Send offline WhatsApp message

When you are in home or office your smartphone is connected with internet.
And you will be using mobile data to send when you are not using WiFi.
But what if you aren’t available with these two options and you forgot to send the texts that you thought to send.
That’s where the use of sending offline WhatsApp message comes in.
It is not any app or scheduler, just send the message as usual and your messages won’t be delivered until your phone gets connectivity.
So what is the productivity here?
Instead of Scheduling your works to text after getting connected with WiFi, you can type and send, it will deliver once your smartphone gets a proper internet connection.

4) Bigger display fonts:

How about using your phone very closer every-time and that leads to your eye issues.
Even one of my friend eyes got affected with blue violet light from the phone and he is now wearing eye glasses.
The point is he is not a specky guy and all blame goes to his smartphone and using it inappropriate time.

BBC news also stated that 2000 people under the age of 25 checking their smartphone 32 times a day which leads to risk of eye damage.

That’s really huge.

So what can be done?
One way to stop risk of your eye damage is to start keeping your phone in a particular distance to your face with reduced brightness in your phone.
In that way you can escape from your smartphone light rays at-least 50%.

Second way to Keep bigger fonts in your display settings so that you do not have to keep your smartphone close to your face.
Bigger fonts leads to keep your phone at good distance from your face.

Third way is to stop using it in inappropriate times?
What is inappropriate times?
When you get a time to sleep and you use smartphone that leads to severe damage which is more stronger than in day times.
Because at night times your smartphone will spread a beacon of light to your face.
And that’s how my friend became a specky guy.
So its up on you to stop using it at night times.

5) Get notified again:

When you receive a notification and you used to click and visit the app.
But what if you pushed it away and you can’t get the notification from your notification bar again but you really wanted to get the same notification page on the app.
Its not that hard to get notified again. When you pull your notification bar you will get the notification log in your bottom of the screen.
In the left corner you will see a timed notification icon from there you can access your notification logs to get to the same page of the app.

6) Save Whatsapp message

When you read some forward messages in whatsapp you will find that it too informational.
After some days its hard to find out those messages, because you are not sure the group name to find.
so what can be done?
Once you see such an informative posts do bookmark which is provided in format of star.
It is available once you long-press the message in whatsapp.
