FAQ - ANN Token
When are Tokens distributed and when will they be listed on exchanges? Tokens are distributed from 1st April
What can i use ANN tokens for? ANN tokens can be used to;
- Pay the selling fee (paid only if a property successfully sells)
- Purchase additional features (EPC ratings, floor plans, photographs, etc)
- Advertise a Business on our platform
- Purchase leads through our lead auction system
- Sell to other users through our internal marketplace at £0.25 each (subject to demand)
At what price will tokens be listed after the token sale? The price per ANN token on exchanges is subject to supply and demand, we have no control over this. On our platform the value of each ANN token will be fixed at £0.25 each and token holders can sell ANN tokens to other users through our internal marketplace at that fixed price, subject to demand.
What exchanges will ANN be listed on? ANN tokens are currently listed on the IDEX exchange and we are looking to list with other exchange too in the near future.
What will happen to any unsold token?Any unsold tokens will be locked in our ‘time lock smart contract’ account. The tokens will be locked there until the smart contract account accumulated 90% of the total ANN token supply. Once it does then we will be able to access the tokens.
How do i set up my wallet address and can i use my ether wallet? You can use any ERC20 compatible wallet. Metamask and MEW are both compatible wallets. If you need help please watch our tutorial :-

What are ANN tokens? ANN tokens are Agent Not Needed platform credits which are used to purchase additional features on the the platform, pay the fixed sale fee If your property successfully sells, pay to advertise your business on our platform or purchase leads through our lead auction system.
