A lot has happened over the past few weeks, so I thought it would be best to write up a re-cap to ensure you didn’t miss anything, though I plan to write up a separate article for each of the things covered in this ‘summary style’ article.

Internal Marketplace Launched!
Yes, you read correctly! In just under 8 weeks of our token sale ending, not only did we launch our property platform but we built an internal marketplace where ANN tokens can be bought and sold easily! — www.anntokens.com
Buying on our Internal Marketplace is much easier than most exchanges, as the process is as simple as stating how many tokens you want to buy, and then paying for them with your credit/debit card!
Selling is easy too! Just create a sell order on our Internal Marketplace, state the minimum you would accept for your tokens and once they sell, you will receive the money in GBP (£) direct in your bank account if you have a UK bank account, or direct to your PayPal account if you are based internationally.
It’s worth noting that the price per ANN token on our Internal Marketplace cannot be less than £0.25 but price can increase which is affected by our formula that calculates how well our company is doing. The formula takes into consideration: number of Property listings (for sale & for rent) and converted sales/for rent properties.
Anyone who holds ANN tokens can sell them through our Internal Marketplace, though we currently have a temporary sell limit of 5000 ANN per person at any one time, as we expect trading volume on our Internal Marketplace to be low at first. Once we build the volume, we will remove the limit allowing all to sell however many ANN tokens they wish.
If a buyer buys ANN tokens through our Internal Marketplace, then 100% of the ANN tokens will be purchased from the community selling their ANN tokens there and the ANN tokens are sent direct to the buyers wallet. If a user on our property platform pays for a service (which required ANN tokens) then the money is split and 50% purchases ANN tokens from our internal reserve and the other 50% buys tokens from the community selling their ANN tokens on our Internal Marketplace. All of these purchased tokens are sent direct to a smart contract account that locks the ANN tokens in, removing them from public supply. Before anyone can buy/sell, by law you must first complete KYC on our Internal Marketplace and await approval which can take up to 24hours but only needs to be completed once.

We have launched a new, dedicated site for ANN tokens! From this new site, we will not only promote ANN tokens and provide access to our Internal Marketplace, but also provide video content to provide value to the crypto community!

Agent Not Needed Property Platform Rental Service Launch
At the start of our project, we launched a platform with the tools for individuals to buy & sell property directly without each other online without the need for an estate agent. We wrote in our roadmap that in Q3 of 2018 we would launch the same service but for renting property. Well, we are pleased to announce that you don’t need to wait for Q3 as we are way ahead of schedule and have already released it!
But that’s not all! We have partnered with an insurance company to provide a unique service that is not currently provided in the UK! An insurance backed rent payment scheme!
For Landlords: Landlords can now list their property for rent through our platform and be guaranteed 12 weeks rent even if the tenant decides not to pay their rent! That’s right! Now almost risk free, a landlord can rent out their property to a tenant and rest assured that if for any reason that tenant doesn’t pay their rent, then the insurance company will pay the landlord up to 12 weeks worth of rent!
For Tenants: We are temporarily providing free tenant referencing! What that means is a tenant doesn’t need to pay admin fees and other fees they usually pay to Estate Agents to be referenced to rent a home! And not only that, any reference made through us can be applied to any rental property on our platform! So no need to pay if/when we do start charging for referencing.
