Agents(dot)land Roadmap Update — May 2025

Agents(dot)land plays a strategic role in the Oraichain ecosystem, as a launchpad for agents and a catalyst for the next phase of decentralized agentic services. Although there has been a period of relative quiet, it has been a necessary and deliberate phase of re-evaluation, driven by the evolving standards and expectations of the industry. As the broader AI x Web3 landscape moves decisively beyond static chatbots, we have restructured our architecture and development priorities to meet the growing demand for agents beyond chatbots — those that can reason, act, and deliver tangible utility in real-world contexts.

Why Now? What Transformation?

The Web3 world is evolving fast, and so are expectations. Agents can no longer be simple interfaces for question-and-answer and/or going around social media platforms to make comments. Here’s what we’ve learned — and what we’re building:

• Agents need access to real-time knowledge.
  Static LLMs aren’t enough. Our new AI Search layer empowers agents to navigate live data and give precise, up-to-date answers.
• Agents need to have memory and understand context.
  Conversations don’t happen as single-turn ask-reply sessions. Our memory layer allows agents to retain historical context, creating truly personalized and intelligent responses.
• Agents must be able to do more than chat.
  Social engagement is just the beginning. We’re building agents that can interact with computers, browsers, and other agents, execute transactions, and make decisions.
• Agents should reason and adapt.
  With our upcoming architecture, agents will be able to plan, strategize, and operate with multi-step logic — not just react.

We know this is what the community has been waiting for. And now, we’re ready to move forward with the roadmap.

Roadmap Overview

This roadmap outlines the collaborative phases involving Agents(dot)land as a launchpad and marketplace of agents and agentic services. Agents(dot)land team will work in conjunction with Distilled AI and Thesis.io teams to support the development and deployment of agent spaces across Web3.

• Track 1 — Core Foundation (Oraichain x Distilled AI)
  Goal: Establish the technical base for agentic intelligence. The technology will enable agents to gain access to search, reasoning, and execution capabilities.
  Key Milestones:
• Develop AI Search engine and reusable Agent Space templates
• Develop core modules for agentic browsing, improve DeFi data infrastructure to be compatible with agentic frameworks/standards (like MCP and A2A)
• Develop Memory Layer that is compatible with blockchain to enhance context-understanding of agents.
• Track 2 — DeFi Agent Space Showcase (Thesis.io & ADL)

Goal: Demonstrate real-world agentic workflows in DeFi.
Key Milestones:

• Thesis.io will debut the first Agent Space for DeFi with AI Search & Reasoning (Private beta released in April 2025).
• Integrate the Memory feature into the agent space
• Deploy the Discovery interface on Thesis.io for community and partners (Each agent published by Distilled AI will have a space on Thesis.io. The agent will)
• Integrate autonomous execution
• Track 3 — Agent Utility Improvement (ADL)

Goal: Improve the utilities of agents published by Distilled AI
Key Milestones:

• Integrate new features to existing agents including AI Search, Memory, Deep Research & Reasoning
• Enhance data sources and processing for each agent:
• MAX: Macro Market, BTC, agent projects
• RACKS: hedge fund management
• GNRT: Meme projects
• BANKER: Investment strategies
• JPOW: Stablecoin data, project analysis, mining strategies, and automation
• LEE: On-chain liquidity data, mining strategies, and automation
• Support community-built agents to integrate new features from Distilled AI
• Track 4 — Launchpad-Marketplace Hybrid (ADL)
  Goal: Improve Agents(dot)land to combine a general marketplace, playing a role in open offering and exchange of agentic services.
  Key Milestones:
• Agents(dot)land will host Initial Agentic Offerings (IAgOs) featuring vetted agents, memory block NFTs, agentic NFTs, and other service bundles. (Note: We’re currently focused on finalizing the core technology stack, so there is no set timeline for official agent releases. However, community-built agents are welcome and can already be deployed via Distilled AI and Agents(dot)land. The first Initial Agentic Offerings (IAgOs) are tentatively expected within the first half of 2025.)
• Agent Spaces like Thesis.io will not launch their tokens. Instead, they will offer IAgOs via Agents(dot)land. MAX holders can subscribe to the IAgOs and purchase agentic NFTs, which can be traded on the marketplace.
• Redesign UI/UX to support onboarding, funding, and launch agents and services.

By working closely with teams like Distilled AI and Thesis.io, we aim to support the deployment of agents that meet emerging industry standards — not just in utility, but in reasoning, interoperability, and on-chain execution.
