Ascension Submissions

Welcome to Ascension! A place to share your stories, poetry, and music with the world! Please follow these instructions to become a writer for this publication:

1. Follow Ascension
2. Send an email to nbreen42@gmail.com, consisting of a draft link and a brief explanation of why you want to become a writer for Ascension

All submissions will be thoroughly read and replied to. Feel free to send another email, or a direct message on Twitter. Once accepted into the publication, please follow these instructions whenever you post:

1. Comply with Medium’s Rules of posting content
2. Include the tag that aligns with the category you’d like to post in. Poetry submissions should include a poetry tag and fiction should have a fiction tag. Feel free to submit one article in both categories, as long as the content aligns with the tags they’re given. All other tag names are up to you, and it’s encouraged to use five on each post, in order to maximize exposure.
3. Include a title and photo in every submission. Subtitles are optional. Photos must be properly cited and used from a legal vendor (Pixabay, Unsplash, Shutterstock, etc.) The website where they’re from must be included in the citation.
