Colors Within
A small piece of knowledge in a story that is yet to be
Go with the flow, not just for show. Share what you know. Within you shines a light, let your spirit glow. Through substance and trauma your true colors break free, they see who you are initially, essentially you are special in every sense of the word, from your core and through everything you’ve learned. Accept who you are, for you are unique. You are amazing, caring, a source of knowledge and love, you are human. Imperfect yet one. Accept the change, it shall never be done, don’t worry about what happened or what’s in store, simply show your colors and walk through doors, eventually you’ll see it’ll all work out in the end. We are people, we are one, my dear friend.
This is an excerpt taken from my poetry journal, written some time during October of 2020. It represents a small step in the process which got me from the darkest times of my time to some of the best moments. I hope my story encourages you to remain hopeful. Stay faithful, stay focused.
