A walk thru of the Agile Project Lifecycle

Many consider the Agile Project Lifecycle to be a dynamic and iterative approach to project management. For me, it has been my craft and career for over 10 years.

And in that time, I have worked where many deem Agile Project management to be most suited: software development. However, with the success of this methodology over the past few years, it has now been embraced by other digital projects.

Reason being is its dynamic project lifecycle addresses issues where requirements are changing rapidly, or often yet to be confirmed, so flexibility is needed more than ever.

The Agile Project Management methodology is designed to accommodate change and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The Agile lifecycle is not a one-size-fits-all solution; it can be adapted to fit the unique needs of each project and team.
