Leadership usually looks at projects all through a strategic lens, focusing on the results that usually impacts the organization’s bottom line. So, to communicate effectively, you need to show how your team’s goals match the big picture goals and objectives of the organization.

As a result, I recommend showing your organization how your team’s efforts can lead to happier customers, and ability to generate revenue, better security, and the ultimate end result, a stronger reputation?

I would also recommend to using measurable indicators to prove the value your team adds to the company.
