This got me thinking about an amazing agile planning technique called the FEEDBACK method, so I thought it was long overdue that I write about it.

As I have seen over the past five years, Agile project management has transformed the landscape of software development. The wonderment for me is its ability to emphasize flexibility, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

For me, it is a truly dynamic environment, and within it, is the intriguing composition of epics — large bodies of work that can be broken down into smaller tasks — is crucial for the successful delivery of projects within the Agility frameworks. This is where the FEEDBACK method can be so useful.
