In project management, the term “milestone” I see often people’s minds racing and conjuring up images of rigid, immovable checkpoints that are characteristic of the waterfall methodology. However, in Agile project management, milestones take on a different connotation and serve a distinct purpose that enhances the agility and adaptability of a project.
