UX / UI Designer

Agile lab is an end to end product development agency. We are a lean and closely bonded team striving to dominate this industry.
We are looking for a UX/UI designer to build the best user experience for client’s and our own products.
You will be taking charge of translating findings to prototypes from customer journey maps, experience maps, mockups, site maps during research/design sprints. During product development, you will be designing and iterating the actual functionality of the product.

You must be comfortable working as the sole designer.

Day to Day:
• Research, conceiving, sketching, and prototyping.
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user journeys, and mockups for a variety of devices and interfaces.
• Following a user-centric design approach and rapidly testing and iterating.
• Improving the user experience related to core functionality and new features.
• Engage in design sprints with our team and clients.
• Finding solutions to problems.

What You Should Be Good At

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English skills.
• Experienced in prototyping, wire-framing tools and able to demonstrate design concepts quickly in an iterative environment.
• Understanding of vertical rhythm/baseline.
• Knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines.
• We don’t care if you have a degree or not.

Senior Java Developer

• Participate in full project life cycle from requirements gathering to project implementation, maintenance and support.
• Proficient and experienced working in an agile environment.
• Be responsible for program design, coding, testing and documentation.
• Develop secure, scalable and good quality application programs and API within allocated man days.
• Perform data migration, data transformation and scripting.
• Have a passion for TDD.
• Participate in continuous integration activities and automation frameworks for testing and deployment.
