When I started as an Agile Coach in a new job, I created Wiki pages for our Confluence space with all Scrum Ceremonies.

Nothing I found had this “oh, perfect, I just go ahead, copy-paste it and make some adjustments then” moment to it and so I created my own.

WHY?

The goal of this meeting…

… is to improve the way how a team works together. While the (Sprint) Review is about inspecting & adapting what was done and will be done, the Retrospective is the time for a team to look at HOW the work was done and adapt if necessary.

HOW?

The scope of this meeting…

…includes the whole Scrum Team and about 30 minutes for each week of a sprint.

WHAT?

The output of this meeting…
