Incrementality in real life

In software development “increment” — a new working version of the program. In a broader sense, increment is the next useful version of the product. And it is “ready” in terms of quality and usefulness. However, it does not necessarily have all the necessary characteristics and features. It is another subset of features each iteration. To better understand this important characteristic of Agile approaches, let’s look at some real-world analogies. The first analogy is the process of cleaning the apartment.
