Agile Methodology is the future of Project Management
New reports are showing that Agile is increasing in popularity and winning over waterfall users into the new incremental development in Agile.
Several reports from the past provided information on the business-side of high-performing product teams and their close work with the executive team to achieve a tight alignment with the company’s business strategy. We also know that these highly skilled teams take proactive steps to ensure the successful transition from product development to market introduction.
The Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) requires proactive planning and focused management. But agile teams also make sure that they have a thoughtful and systematic approach when adding new team members, in addition to allocating and incorporating the right skills to their projects.

The chart does not respond to rapid changes in the project. And that’s when agile will impact the response time and most up-to-date views of the project.
