2. The Paper Plane Game
Although this game is not as popular as the one above it is believed to be one of the best games for simulating scrum. It is best suited for teams that already use the agile methodology and they want to improve their way of working. The purpose of this game is to demonstrate the power of Sprints and the important role they play in teams’ effectiveness.

3. Lego for Scrum
Lego is fun and one of the best ways of demonstrating the Agile thinking.
There is a whole book, written by Alexey Krivitsky, that summarises years of experiments and hundreds of lego4scrum workshops. It will let you teach Scrum in a completely new, fresh and the most fun way.
lego4scrum has been known since the first paper written back in 2009. Since that time thousands of people facilitated this business simulation to demonstrate the power of the Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
