Our Coaching Model
The Coaching Model is a core practice of ours which focuses on a professional’s greatest asset-themself. Our model encourages and supports our professionals’ continuous growth through a collaborative relationship of coach and coachee by providing the environment and tools that drive development.
Our Continuous Feedback Performance Model
The Continuous Feedback Performance Model is a newly implemented model that allows our professionals to set the pace at which they learn and grow. It is a process driven by the professional who asserts his level up rather than a process where the organisation assesses and rewards the professional.
