Who is our Coaching & Experience Advocate and Why do they Hold Such an Important Role Within our Organization?

As an organisation our main focus is that our people are integrated into our customers’ teams seamlessly, whilst consistently ensuring that people’s satisfaction and engagement levels remain high.

Enter our Coaching & Experience Advocate extraordinaire!

A person who plays such an integral role, who not only acts as a focal point for all things “Coaching” in Agile Actors but guides and navigates our Teams through any issues that may arise the Agile Actors way.

The Coaching & Experience Advocate or C.E.A if you like, is first and foremost motivated and driven by their aspiration to help people grow. They are a person with a Growth mindset that helps teach and foster that same mindset to our people and is here to focus on teams’ success rather than personal recognition.

One of our most resourceful team members, the C.E.A is a solution-oriented person who is able to look at situations from various perspectives and tackle them straight on, very often by using creative and out of the box ideas. This kind of contribution of course helps boost the evolution, updating and optimization of various internal practices whilst providing great support for our professionals.

Being the reference point for all of us through team sessions they organize and facilitate, as well as one on one conversations, they are definitely some one we turn to besides our Coach and is in turn our Coach’s personal go-to person! From these discussions, training needs, issues that may arise between team members either amongst Agile Actors peers or within the collaboration with the customer’s team are recognized and identified by the C.E.A who proposes relevant plans and actions in order to be overcome and move forward.

As coaching is extremely important within our culture, one can imagine that the person who supports, guides and facilitates coaching practices is of great value in our daily work lives. They are here to provide relevant material and advice on how our coaches can better their performance in that role and create value within the respective coaching relationships or as we refer to them, “coaching cells”.

They are not only actively involved in the organisation and implementation of coaches’ evaluation process, but provide constructive and actionable feedback when required in order to aid in the planning of the next steps in our people’s developmental paths.

Amongst numerous other activities, they organize and facilitate training sessions for the whole team vital for our Agile Actors model, aspects and on ways of working such as workshops on Growth Mindset, Servant Leadership, Active Listening and how to properly implement internal core practices such as Continuous Feedback in order to maximize the respective benefits acquired.

Our Coaching and Experience Advocate’s ultimate purpose is to strengthen the coaching culture within our ecosystem by using coaching methods to cultivate an environment that is participatory and supportive in order to enhance the overall experience of our people’s journey on their own individual paths to growth.
