Humor might not be the much-needed antidote for COVID-19 but it could work miracles to get you through hard times such as this one. Why not celebrate World Lauder Day today, with some work-related jokes?

Over the past weeks, millions of people around the world are experiencing a new norm. Stay home and work from home to remain healthy and protect their communities and loved ones. Maintaining a work-life balance while working from home and being exposed to so many uneasy news can be quite challenging and stressful

Laughter, on the other hand, is said to have beneficial effects on well being as it strengthens the immune system, boosts mood and offers protection from stress. A good joke can help you with balancing your body and mind. Also, laughter is also a very powerful and universal communication tool and a great human connector. According to Life Coach Directory:

Relationships that share positive experiences (laughter) tend to be better able to cope with challenges and stresses. It has been said, “People who laugh together stay together”.

Now, more than ever, a good joke can help us feel less isolated and close to each other.

For that reason, we, at Agile Actors, have introduced our teams of professionals to a new norm that focuses on being well. Being well means feeling well which means comfortable and happy. So, we encourage our employees to create their own rituals and communicate with each other, not only for work-related matters but also for fun. We use the same channels we use for our projects to connect, share our photos and easy moments.

That being said, as today is World Laughter Day, we thought we shared some work-related jokes and memes we curated online. Feel free to share!
