How to apply Risk Mitigation Strategies to our life

Since our childhood, we have learned to apply the gained skills in our future work. We studied a lot, spent sleepless nights for one day. For that day, when we use all these skills at work. However, we can also take lessons from our work. Our work can teach us a lesson. I want to touch only one topic in this article regarding the topic. However, the sample is related to my work experience, which you can also find from yours.

All practitioner Project Managers know how to identify risks before they can be an issue, analyze and evaluate them accordingly. After evaluation treating and controlling them are also under the responsibility of PMs. By treating, I mean how to mitigate risks. The topic of this article is how to apply risk mitigation strategies we use at work to our life when we come across a problem.

What is a Risk?

Let us first define what a risk is? Is it always a bad thing? The dictionaries suggest that risk is a possibility of loss or injury. However, in project management, it has both positive and negative meanings. Risks are potential issues that may or may not occur. Within risk, there can be both opportunities and problems.
