Life gets busy — staying on top of appointments, work, errands, files, and personal lives can feel like a chore. Luckily, we live in a time where we are lucky enough to have technology that has been created to help simplify our lives right at our fingertips.

Here are some apps to help make your hectic day to day life a bit easier:

Wunderlist

Wunderlist is a to-do list lover’s dream. This application creates simple, easily organized to-do lists. Users can share lists with others.

Whether you’re planning an event, sharing a shopping list, or managing work projects, Wunderlist makes it easy to get it all done.

The application also allows you to share your lists and collaborate on projects with your coworkers, friends, and family members.

Evernote

Like the name suggests, this app revolves around note taking. From to-dos, to post it notes, graphs, website screen grabs, photos, this app does it all.

Once you capture a note, it’s instantly available on all your devices, wherever you go.

Have a project? Evernote makes it easy. Set reminders, save pictures, sketches, share it with someone else to get feedback, etc. a project to-do list. A note can be anything you want it to be.

24me

24me is basically a virtual personal assistant. The applciation generates reminders automatically so you never miss a task, meeting, event, bill, etc. It combines your calendar, to-do’s, and notes into one application. The application also syncs with other apps like Facebook and reminds you of friend’s birthdays, lets you share notes with each other, and much more.

Awesome Note

This is basically an all in one organization app. Awesome Note allows you to have multiple to-do lists, shopping lists, calendars, and much more. The app is completely customizable and super simple to use.

Mint

Having your finances managed and organized is extremely important. Mint puts all your money and bills together in one place — making it extremely easy to manage your finances.

So what can you do?

  • Create budgets to set you up for success. Mint also gives you suggestions based on your spending.
  • See bills and money together. This allows you to see everyhing and give you a big picture view. This let’s you know what’s due, when it’s due and what you can pay.
  • Get alerts for unusual account charges.
  • Get custom tips for reducing fees and saving money.
  • Get your free credit score and learn how you can improve it now to get the things you want later.

Google Calendar

Chances are you probably already know about Google Calendar, but I couldn’t leave it off the list! The app allows you to combine individual calendars into one place. You can have a separate calendar for personal, business, holidays, etc.

Google Calendar is simple and effective. It also allows you to color code each individual calendar and sync up with others so that you can easily see what you have scheduled.
