1:1 Coaching the Coach Program Offer

1. Understand & Enter Phase: Pre-assessment to your coaching baseline, and we build and work through a coaching backlog together. This is where we will prioritize and focus our energy next 3 months.
2. Agile Transformation Phase: Together we will work through Scrum Alliance Path to Coaching. This is where we will build the technical How-To for turbo-boosting lasting transformation with agile teams.
3. [OPTIONAL] Agile + Product Transformation Phase: Depending on your aspiration and work context, this optional as we will help you to connect agile process and practices with designing, building, and delivering products. This is where we will learn and apply the confluence power of design thinking, design sprinting, and agile development.
4. CTC Engagement Stage: Earn that Certified Team Coach via structured 1:1 guidance. Together we will actively address potential gaps, and navigate the complexity of CTC applications. I will continue to support your application even after our 3 months 1:1 Coaching the Coach Program engagement has ended.
