Back to the academia
A ideia de voltar para a academia nasceu lá em 2017, durante uma especialização na PUC de São Paulo. Após idas e vindas, o projeto engrenou pra valer no final de 2019. Desde então, comecei a traçar o destino do meu próximo passo na Universidade.
Para um jovem com 15 anos de estrada acumulando funções, um Master’s na estrutura norte americana não fazia nenhum sentido. O PhD era o caminho mais claro, mas ainda me faltava a base, a prática de estudar e produzir na pós graduação.
Foi neste momento que entrou na história a Universidade da Calábria e o mestrado em comunicação e tecnologia da informação.
Nos últimos meses pude rever alguns conceitos que já havia estudado, conhecer uma molecada muito afim de estudar, além de professores super gentis que estão me ajudando a montar este novo percurso de vida.

L’idea di tornare a la accademia è nata lì nel 2017, durante un corso di specializzazione nella narrazione transmediale al Pontificia Università Cattolica di San Paolo. Dopo due anni, il progetto è decollato sul serio alla fine del 2019. Da allora, ho iniziato a tracciare il destino del mio prossimo passo all’Università.
Per un giovane con 15 anni on the road ad accumulare funzioni nel giornalismo, un Master nella struttura nordamericana non aveva alcun senso. Imparare a far funzionare una telecamera su come dirigere un documentario non era esattamente il mio obiettivo. Il dottorato è stato il percorso più chiaro, ma mi mancavano ancora le basi, la pratica di studiare e produrre nella scuola di specializzazione.
È in questo momento che entrano nella storia l’Università della Calabria e il Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Comunicazione e tecnologie dell’informazione
Negli ultimi mesi ho potuto rivedere alcuni concetti che avevo già studiato, incontrare dei ragazzi molto interessati allo studio, oltre a docenti super gentili che mi stanno aiutando ad assemblare questo nuovo percorso di vita.

Since 2017 I’m flourishing with this idea of returning to the academy. Everything begins in a Transmedia Narrative course at Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo (PUC). After comings and goings, the project took off in seriousness at the end of 2019. Since then, I have initiated to chart the destiny of my next step at the University.
For a young man, with 15 years on the road accumulating functions, a Master’s in the North American structure didn’t make any sense. Learning how to operate a camera of how to direct a documentary wasn’t exactly my goal. The PhD was the clearest path, but I still lacked the basis, also known as MASTERS, and the practice of studying and producing in a graduate school.
This is was the moment where the University of Calabria and the master’s degree in communication and information technology entered in this history.
In the last few months, I was able to review some concepts that I had already studied, meet some Italians very interested in studying. In addition to super kind teachers who are helping me to assemble this new path of life.
