I create AI artwork and currently sell it on Adobe Stock. Their guidelines have helped me create consistent styles that do not infringe on copyright and feel much more like my own artistic creations. They are quick and easy to create, but I have moved beyond the simplistic ripoffery that most people begin with.

Reality Check

If you are quoting an artist’s name in a prompt or the name of an art School, you cannot use it commercially. You are on dangerous ground if you reference a human being living or dead in your prompt. ask for an Ice Cream in the shape of The Eiffel Tower and try to sell it you will have the authorities of Paris chasing you down.

We all start this AI art pathway by creating a selfie in the style of Van Goch or imagining what Barak Obama would look like crossed with Superman or suchlike. Play for a while and move on because you are infringing the rights of the people you depict in this way and the rights of the artists who you are directly stealing ideas from.
