Gaudi 3 Unveiled by Intel As Heightening Competition in AI Chips
Intel has unveiled its latest AI chip, the Gaudi 3, in a major move in the development of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing that is happening in the world at the moment. The competition in the market for AI chips is heating up as established players like Nvidia and newer entrants like Graphcore and Cerebras Systems are vying for a share of this fast-growing market.
Intel’s Gaudi 3 is its third-generation AI processor and enables increased performance in training and inferencing with respect to large AI models.
