A lot of leading AI researches think that in the next decades, artificial intelligence will forever change the life on Earth. Companies that are new to the space, have the chance to learn from early adopters who invested billions into AI. Major investments by technology companies, start-ups, and demand from businesses is resulting in a big impact of AI across markets. By intensifying our own intelligence with AI we would be able to find a solution to the most spiky problems.

AI can be very useful to companies willing to use it, companies that use AI in combination with strong digital capability and proactive strategies, have higher profit and expect performance to grow up in the next couple of years. Before deciding to implement AI in their services leaders have to find out how can AI work or not work for their company, and then build an AI strategy based on those findings. Firstly you have to come with a concrete action to implement AI. These actions should be connected with company’s strategy in order to make it work. A team of data scientists should be included in order to build needed AI capabilities, there should also be analytics engineers and translators included. Another important step is a special plan to retain the right AI talent. Companies should be able to convince the talents of AI to join their project with a grand strategic version. To have a successful implementation of AI in your business, companies should gather people that are specialists in AI, so they can share their knowledge, involving leaders in these discussions would also be a good strategy, since it will be important for everyone to understand the responsibilities AI will take.

If, we use it in the right way the role of AI will be huge. We can reduce the number of traffic accidents by using self-driving cars and a lot more things that would make our life easier. However, we should be really careful and also analyse even the things that could go wrong. So what should we do in order to keep the artificial intelligence beneficial?

• We need to make sure for machines to fully understand our goals. That’s why AI safety research should be made a national priority.
• Making sure that future technology makes a better and easier life for everyone, not the opposite.
• It is essential to know what we want our future to be like, we need to make sure what sort of future technology to guide toward.

While AI has begun expanding within the enterprise, executives are already trying comprehend what AI is and how they can use it to better their services. A survey of over 650 IT decision makers conducted in the U.S., the U.K., Germany and France shows that 60% of them are already using AI. 83% are specifically investing in AI to beat competitors and 93% say AI will open new job opportunities.

So, AI is not going to replace the role of human, it simply has the power to free up their time, for more meaningful human interaction.
