We entered second year Dev Fest, it’s tempting to focus entirely on what’s to come, looking forward to the good learning together with some topics presented by our colleagues. In this post we conducted DevFest as Hybrid like physical meeting (Internal team) and Virtual meeting (External team).

We have some breakout session like “Ask me anything”. During this session, presenters are very happy to answer for any questions from audience.

Devfest is an endless event blog provides with some latest information. Another successful event for developers. This blog will cover all kinds of topics. The point of this event is mainly focused to learning together and engaging each other.

· AIA Vitality Encourages us to be healthy and make it fun task. AIA Vitality provides numerous options, health assessment benefits, and rewards to encourage people to have healthy lifestyle, a sneak-peak was presented on this topic.

· The Journey of 10 Kms The journey that we could truly admire. Jason decided to lose weight to improve health. He walked us through his journey from running short to managing to run 10k and how consistently paid off, and how AIA Vitality motivated him in this journey.

· At Glance into Game Dev Nino was an aspiring game developer. He got game developer job, but ironically, he stayed only for 2 months. So, he decided to develop this game independently when he got time. Finally, he introduced his game during this session and audience also happy to participate and play sometime in their mobiles.

· Kafka presented by Palani; this technology learnt by himself using internet help. In this session he explains about how it works for chatbot and how need to connect servers and show live example in this session.

· Test Driven Development automation framework presented by Shufri. During this session explained, test cases for each functionality are created and tested first. This framework will avoid duplication of code.

· Anti-Money Laundering presented by Product Lead and his name Vinesh. He explains how to prevent or combat money laundering and terrorism financing. Audience got basic knowledge about how to stop criminals from disguising illegally obtained funds as legitimate income.

· JAVA Streams presented by Hermawan, and he described about how java stream works and helpful. He explained with some live examples. It is very helpful for beginners and also can understand easily with his examples.

· Breaking Monolith Applications to Microservices presented by Albert. He runs a couple of topics like components, dependencies, and groups.

Thank you to all who are all joined and make it success. Audience engagement plays a significant role in the success of Dev-fest event. For Internal, audience are in-person and for external audience are in online, event organizers want attendees to pay attention and participate. Potential audience are real people found in real places.
