Cyberjaya Technology Center: Awesome way of appreciation to our colleagues and our boss

December 16, 2022: We had our CTC Year End Party for the year 2022. The event was originally named as CTC Got Talent, and indeed lots of talents has been showcased and witnessed by everyone. Singing, fast Rubik’s cube formation and dancing. It was so fun. And apart from that, we made an appreciation video to our boss and to all of our colleagues where it involves every micro-team’s contribution, (and acting skills hahaha).

Planning

It was actually a surprise to Thomas, so, when we did the video we do it in one of the meeting rooms and only lowered our voices so he cannot hear anything. (sneaky)

I sent invitations to each micro-team on separate days so that they could have their own creativity how they wanted to do their appreciation as a team.

Some team said it verbally but with a catch, some made a simple skit to show what CTC looks like when it started and compared it to the current one. Also there was an interview portion wherein you can see the reactions of the audience. (so funny and amusing)
